Our focus is comfort, always. We use premium materials like high-grade cotton and boucle to make sure each piece feels like your favorite couch, soft, structured, and built to last.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or personal preference. Please refer to the size chart provided under each product before purchasing. If the error was made due to Modern Day, please disregard.
Exchanges or refunds are only offered for defective items.
To report a defect, email help@mdrnday.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must be free from any odors or damage
Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned at your expense. We reserve the right to determine if the product is in returnable condition.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We do not offer store credit.
